Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, the coach behind Feed the Machine Training.

I believe in people. Nothing fulfills me more than helping them reach their goals. But I don’t just preach balance and discipline; I live it. I’m a wife, a mom, a homeschooler, and a small business owner. I don’t outsource much, so I know what it’s like to be grinding every day—juggling family, clients, school, household chores, and everything in between.

That’s why my coaching is different. I understand the real-life demands you face, and I create training that fuels you instead of feeling like another obligation. My goal is to meet you where you are, work around your commitments, and help you build strength, discipline, and energy that carries over into every part of your life.

In addition to being a fitness enthusiast myself, I’ve coached a wide range of clients—endurance athletes, weightlifters, CrossFitters, high school athletes, seniors, and people brand new to fitness. I’ve supported fat loss, hypertrophy, performance, pregnancy, and general health goals, and injury rehabilitation,  always tailoring the approach to the individual.

My experience spans from working in commercial gyms, CrossFit boxes, outdoors, and my own home gym. No matter the setting, I know how to meet people where they are at and guide them to real results.

Creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability are my strengths. Whatever your circumstances, I’ll find a way to make it happen.

I’m an OPEX Fitness Certified Coach with specialized education in core stability (Athlete Enhancement), aerobic capacity (Aerobic Capacity), CrossFit (L1 + Weightlifting), nutrition (NCI), hormones, and mindset coaching

I have a huge sweet tooth. The day I turn down a dessert, check my pulse! Other things I enjoy are reading (especially historical books), using my fitness for fun (I took a flying trapeze class once!) coffee, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, traveling, cooking, dancing, tennis, fashion, and any novel experience. Looking for someone to do some obscure activity with you? I’m your gal.

    Fitness is fun with friends! These sessions are limited to 2 people due to space and attention I can provide to each individual.
