Stellar results take time and dedication. This option is highly recommended because it ensures consistency and allows time for me to get to know you and your abilities to refine our training approach. We decide on a certain number of sessions per week and a flat rate recurring charge for total sessions each month is applied to your card on file. This gives you VIP scheduling priority as well as a discount on pricing.

Not local but want to work together? Have unique considerations like time, space, injury, and goals? Custom programming is for you. For a flat monthly fee to a card on file, you receive a month’s worth of custom programming on my intuitive app that has demo videos, progress tracking, lifestyle habits, and communication with me.

Partner Training

Fitness is fun with friends! Have a buddy with your same goals and schedule? Partner up and come see me in person for a great session and push. These sessions are limited to 2 people due to space and the attention I can provide to each individual.
