Not at all. I meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new, getting back into fitness, or already advanced, I’ll create a plan that challenges you at the right level. You don’t need any experience with weights. I have experience with all fitness levels.

That depends on your goals, but most clients train 3–5 times per week. The best results come from in person training combined with custom programming to do on the days you don’t see me. Nutrition, and other lifestyle factors are also considerations for progress. Consistency matters more than perfection, and I’ll help you find the right rhythm for your life.

Driven adults who are wanting to improve their fitness, strength, body composition, and confidence to improve their lives (looking good is also an added bonus). My typical clients fall into one or both camps: those who have little to no experience and need the guidance, education, and safety of working with a professional trainer. And/or those that have plenty of workout experience but want to outsource the planning, programming, and mental bandwidth that comes with overseeing your own fitness plan. They want to escape their stale routines, exercise selection biases, and be given a plan they can just show up and execute leaving them with more time and energy for other priorities.

My speciality is weightlifting with free weights (think barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, and some cable work). Compound lifts combined with conditioning elements yield the best results for clients looking to achieve weightloss, strength gains, and overall wellness. Again, you do not need any prior experience with this equipment. You will become a pro by the end and never feel intimidated again. :)
